The launcher requires the .net 4.0 runtime and direct X 9.0c or newer and a graphic adapter supporting shader model 3.0 or later.

Simply run the Launcher found in the zip.

Note:

Some users may need to run as administrator for the setup to work.

If you are playing for the first time or your account has been deleted (this will happen as rarely as possible, but sometimes it is necessary during the development. sorry)

you have to check the 'New player' box and name your House to create a new account.
